Downloaded a recovery application called Disk Drill and had it scan the usb file. It found thousands of files which were previously undetectable on the in car viewer and home computer.
No bullshit I accidentally delete the partition on my hard drive the other day & lost majority of my music from 2016-2019. Big shout out to the ppl at DiskDrill for HDD recovery!
oh thank the gods. if the drives are still booting seriously check out Disk Drill… i was able to pull a ton of stuff that i thought was gone. (i nuked 2 backup drives because i swapped their power supplies.)
i use disk drill for mac not sure if its available for windows i recovered 2TB of data on external drive in 17 hours
I got disk drill and I got all the photos form the wedding but it cost me $125

The hovering one: my memory card corrupted but I rescued the JPEG with disk drill. That’s the problem with only having one card slot! I am trialling Lightroom & finding it much more complicated than I thought it would be. I was using the phone version in error, which is easier
